The Maui Culinary Academy Catering Services is a newly established company with a long-standing history in Maui. Our goals are tri fold: assist and provide an outlet for the Maui Culinary Academy program of the UH Maui College, working with local companies and locally grown products when ever possible, and provide excellent service and delicious food for a memorable experience.
We offer catering services both off premises as well as at the Pa'ina building on the UHMC Campus. Pa'ina is the state of the art, $14M facility which houses the nationally recognized Maui Culinary Academy. MCA runs a 2-year graduate program for culinary, pastry and restaurant management inclined students. The catering services are provided by both current and past culinary students, and all profits are put directly back into the program to further it's existence.
